1. General Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not, we are here to help.
2. Medical Equipment & Spare Parts
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Sealed sterile items (e.g. syringes, gloves, catheters) cannot be returned once the seal is broken for hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase is required.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange free collection and replacement or full refund.
4. Digital Products & Apps (APK downloads)
- Due to their nature, digital downloads and APKs are non-refundable once downloaded.
- If you experience technical issues, we offer free support and updates.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or mobile money.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
